This health system was looking to drive revenue and patient volume for a vascular service line with an outreach campaign, but they did not know who to target, how to fully execute the campaign, or how to break patients’ barriers for treatment.
Solution
They teamed up with Personify Health to leverage our health system strategic growth solution to execute a targeted, multi-channel campaign. Our consumer database and predictive analytics identified nearly 12,000 individuals in the region who were at high risk for vascular issues and were also likely to be receptive to the outreach and take action.
Our engagement experts designed a campaign that put patients “in the driver’s seat” of their vascular health. The multi-channel, multi-cycle campaign would run over the course of 6 weeks, engaging consumers with barrier-breaking messages through landing pages, social ads, text messages and email. Each communications channel featured a consistent, clear call-to action to schedule a vascular screening.
Results
The health system was blown away when 54% of prospects engaged with the first campaign cycle – on the first day! The campaign continues to produce more results with every scheduled touchpoint.
