This hospital’s Marketing Department partnered with Personify Health to identify an average of 140 new mover households entering their target ZIP codes monthly and connect with the new movers in the form of a postcard.

To further enhance the recipient’s experience, Personify Health assisted the client with developing multiple versions of this 6”x9” postcard. The hospital followed one of our best practices of customizing the postcards to feature photos that look like the recipients by using Personify Health’s data of age range, ethnicity, and gender. This allowed the recipients to feel welcomed into the community. Additionally, the postcard’s calls-to-action were clear and easy to follow, including find a doctor at a nearby location and call or visit the website to learn more about free health classes and events.
