- Program launched Q4 2022
- The client launched their program in Q4 2022 and needed a creative way to promote the platform at the beginning of the year. While initially planning on a Sponsor-Wide Challenge, their Account Team suggested a Double Points Campaign—an idea the client’s Leadership Team loved
Goal of the campaign
- Incentivize and motivate members to enroll in their new Wellbeing platform and get to know Personify Health
- Set members up for success by rewarding double points to actions that they would be using for the Sponsor-Wide Challenge a few months later
Initiative
Overarching Strategy
- Empower employees to use Personify Health by launching an awareness campaign while setting the client up for success for their first upcoming sponsor-wide challenge
Tactics
- The client’s Account Team worked with the client to create a pitch for the Double Points Campaign (including the value for this incentive and benchmarks for success) and shared it with the client’s Leadership team to earn their buy-in
- Personify Health Health & Wellbeing Specialist created a detailed preview deck and communications package to show step-by-step what each communication would
- look like, the deployment dates, targeted audience, and workbooks for client review and approval
- Translated each communication asset into French Canadian to increase inclusivity and reach as many employees as possible
- Created and shared a final custom report that details the campaign’s success with the client’s Executive Team
