Who are you?

 

The Personify Health Proposal Team is a collaborative group of individuals who deliver high-quality written responses to new prospects and renewing client RFIs and RFPs. The team includes proposal writers and a database manager. We value initiative, accountability, and mutual support.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Maintain a solid understanding of current and future product capabilities and pricing approach
  • Coordinate with the Sales lead all aspects of the proposal delivery process: evaluation, project kick-off, initial response, refinement, proposal submission and follow-up
  • Utilize proposal software (i.e. Qvidian) to create and package RFP responses that describe the services provided by Personify Health and showcase their value
  • Identify gaps and work effectively across the organization to gather information.
  • Utilize additional support tools and resources effectively to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Incorporate competitive intelligence, market feedback, and other findings into the proposal responses
  • Assist database manager with ongoing content maintenance and updates
  • Track activities and opportunity information using a CRM system (Salesforce.com)Analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, prepares milestone schedule, outlines and cross references matrix to meet proposal requirements
  • Ability to expertly support proposal management and technical writing assignments.
  • Act as main point of contact for the assigned proposal
  • Coordinate final proposal document production (in print and/or electronic format), delivery and delivery confirmation.
  • Organize and coordinate proposal resources and ensure completion of all assignments, review of all work and adherence to internal quality control process.
    Facilitate regular progress updates with proposal deal teams while ensuring adherence to the established proposal matrix and schedule.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or other field of study requiring superior written communication
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience managing and responding to employer- and consultant-driven RFIs and RFPs
  • Experience with TPA, Health Plan RFPs and RFIs required.
  • Formal Proposal training preferred.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of current and future product capabilities and pricing approach

  • Identify gaps and work effectively across the organization to gather information.
  • Utilize additional support tools and resources effectively to fulfill job responsibilities
  • Incorporate competitive intelligence, market feedback, and other findings into the proposal responses
  • Assist database manager with ongoing content maintenance and updates
  • Track activities and opportunity information using a CRM system (Salesforce.com)

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges up to $90,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% variable compensation bonus as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
