Who are you?
Reporting to the Director of Operations Enablement, the Process Manager is responsible for optimizing and streamlining organizational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. This role involves identifying opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing new processes, and monitoring and evaluating process performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, project management, data analysis, and change management.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Process Design and Improvement
Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Create and implement new processes or modify existing ones to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross functional subject matter experts (SMEs) from various departments to ensure process designs align with business objectives and industry best practice
Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure smooth and timely releases of projects and initiatives.
Change Management
Create and implement change strategies as needed, including communication plans, and subsequent training.
Update process documentation to reflect new procedures and guidelines.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely implementation of any changes
Incident Management
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure meaningful and effective incident management and notification to stakeholders, including end-users, leadership, and external parties
Develop and maintain communication plans for various incident and outage scenarios, including escalation procedures and notification protocols

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a related field (i.e., business process or project management).
- A minimum of three (3) years professional work experience in process or project management, preferably aligned to roles in operations, customer service, customer management and/or software implementation.
- A minimum of two (2) years working in a SaaS, wellness, or health/health care industry.
Preferred certification in a process management philosophy (i.e., Six Sigma). Not required

- Process Mapping and Analysis - Develop and maintain detailed process flow diagrams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement - Implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall efficiency
- Project Management - Knowledge of project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor process improvement initiatives
- Facilitation: Ability to lead and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative activities to engage stakeholders and drive efficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive), virtual meeting platforms
- Proficiency in process modeling tools and software (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential.
