Who are you?

 

We are seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our onsite facility in Providence, RI while providing strategic oversight for other office locations including Minneapolis, MN, Fresno, CA, Plano, TX, Mokena, IL and Covington, LA. 

 

The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth facilities, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions. This role combines the duties of overseeing the physical workspace and ensuring all office processes run efficiently to support the needs of the employees and the organization. Ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proactive, and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

 

Office Management: 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Providence facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. 

  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and procurement

  • Receive incoming mail, sorting and distribution to proper locations; signing for packages as needed and helping arrange outgoing as necessary.?

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters and liaise with department heads and location support team (e.g., receptionist) to address their specific needs.

Facilities Management:

  • Oversee maintenance tasks, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

  • Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all locations.

  • Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility repairs, renovations, and maintenance projects.

  • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures, including access control systems and emergency response plans.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term facility strategies and plans, including expansion and relocation projects.

  • Oversee facilities at other office locations, ensuring consistency in standards and procedures.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years experience in facility management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

  • Availability for occasional travel to other office locations as needed.

  • In-depth knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and environmental guidelines.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for facilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to influence others

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • The person in this job needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, filing cabinets and meeting facilities.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, computer printer, calculator, etc.
  • Frequently positions self to maintain files in file cabinets.
  • Frequently moves boxes or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $65,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
