Who are you?

Personify Health is seeking a results-driven and proactive Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute top of the funnel campaigns for our organization. As our Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns to attract and engage key buyer audiences to drive demand for our personalized health platform.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

• Develop and optimize top of the funnel marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase demand for our solutions.
• Work collaboratively with peers to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies.
• Research and identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
• Manage campaign calendar to ensure alignment with internal and external activities (e.g, events, launches, buying seasons).
• Create compelling and targeted messaging and content to resonate with the intended audience.
• Support the sales development resource team, keeping content fresh, topical and lead-generating.

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
• Experience working in healthcare, wellness or benefits markets a plus.
• Strong writing skills and ability to write short and long-form content.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and strategies quickly when needed.
• History of driving projects to completion with minimal supervisor and direction.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $85,000 to $92,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
