Who are you?

 

The Benefit Systems Coordinator is tasked with the initial setup of groups and is responsible for all subsequent group setup-related maintenance tasks. This role requires close collaboration with and support for other departments. Additionally, the Benefit Systems Coordinators are responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and manipulating data to ensure that it is easily interpretable by both internal and external teams.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Create FI group setup sheet and get approval
  • Set up new group in GIAS
  • Audit new group setup 
  • Audit eligibility if necessary
  • Set up Test members and notify team
  • Set up ODR tables if needed
  • Audit products when we get rate card before eligibility entered
  • Create COBRA new group checklist if applicable
  • Process new group setup for Gap groups+
  • Work with other departments on pertinent information
  • Maintain GIAS address, contact or group name changes
  • Maintain Gap renewal sheet
  • Process monthly renewals for GAP with or without changes
  • Process CN’s when applicable
  • Set up new accounts and process account changes
  • Update Rate Table for pass through costs
  • Add new products if applicable
  • Plan changes
  • PBM changes
  • Process group terminations
  • Process account terminations
  • Monthly renewal rate cards and update rate table
  • Delete PID’s when requested
  • Adding Vendor accounts
  • FSA Renewal Benefit plan information
  • Maintain Kempton groups
  • Review any Billing errors
  • Handle any problems with eligibility
  • Admin term member cause benefit plan is already termed
  • Work with other departments
  • Review rate cards
  • Billing issues
  • Account Management
  • Implementation
  • Plan Building
  • Tech Ops

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Hight school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1+ years of experience with system analysis, data analysis, and/or process improvement

  • 1+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

  • Proficient in excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and resolve complex data/eligibility issues.

  • Demonstrates a meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and precision in all work.

  • Organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly.

  • Collaborative attitude and willingness to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, workflows, and regulations in the healthcare industry

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $35,000 to $44,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
