The eCommerce Marketing Associate will help out the eCommerce team by managing our social media account, email campaigns, a new blog, and more. This position will also
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Content Planning: Creating and managing a robust content calendar that spans email, social, in-app and in-store marketing efforts.
Email Marketing: Designing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive awareness and sales.
Content Creation: Developing and managing content for eCommerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management: Creating and managing social media content to engage with customers and promote products.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing eCommerce metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Engagement: Responding to customer inquiries and feedback on various platforms to enhance customer satisfaction.
Enhanced in-store Marketing: Writing blog posts. creating product spotlight and ‘how to’ videos, and other content that may enhance the user experience
Store Communications: Creating Announcement Card content and off-store email copy to bring more members to the store
Assisting eCommerce team with any other daily tasks as time permits

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
1+ year experience with social media marketing
1+ year experience with email marketing
Some experience with Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools
Basic knowledge of HTML a plus
Attention to detail
Creativity
Fast learner
Strong writing skills
Knowledge of general marketing best practices
Time management and organizational skills
