Who are you?

 

Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited?about learning how things are set up on the back end without being in development and be able to interact with clients?

 

Looking for a?Client Operations?Specialist on the?Configuration?Team?that?is highly motivated and responsible?for?understanding our best practice models?on?program design and?for the back end set up and game configuration for each of our sponsors by working with?Client Success?Managers?to determine the needs for each client. This role will be responsible for?investigating and resolving issues reported by our internal and external?clients’?relevant?offerings, plus?the ability to update content areas for each sponsor set up.?Collaborates closely with the?Client Success Managers on their accounts to support each client through the client lifecycle.?

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Personify Health programs

     

  • Handles the back-end set up and configuration for clients that are making a change to their program

     

  • Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client

     

  • Provides support to Client Success Managers for all applications

     

  • Reviews client inquiries and research responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated?

     

  • Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions.? Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex

     

  • Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient

     

  • Performs special projects as requested

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline

     

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management or related customer service position

     

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel

     

  • Salesforce experience preferred

     

  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills

     

  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation

     

  • Required to work cross functionally with co-workers and with external channel partners

     

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

     

  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

     

  • A high level of professionalism and positive work behavior
