Who are you?

Configuration Analyst is a non-client facing role where you will be expected to work on multiple platforms, each of which drives a different portion of the overall VP Activate solution. Depending on the client’s needs, regular responsibilities can include reviewing requirements documentation, client onboarding configuration, building SMS and IVR campaigns, as well as providing QA for those campaigns.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to work effectively with both highly technical team members as well as account and campaign managers, as a detail-oriented, enthusiastic, self-starter. This individual should have the technical expertise to manage internal and external tools associated with its web applications and web sites, including content management systems, and proprietary Virgin Pulse administration systems. This role reports directly to the Manager, Configuration.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

  • Configure and maintain VP Activate platform implementations for large enterprises, including health plans, health providers, non-profits and retailers.

  • Effectively utilize content management systems and admin tools.

  • Stay current on process and platform updates and utilize new tools and features as they become available.

  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of requirements templates and implementation documentation.

  • Support User Acceptance and Functional Testing through test scenario validation.

  • Review and utilize requirements across multiple client projects of varying complexity throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a strong academic record.

  • 1+ years related experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).

  • Experience at a SaaS company is a plus.

  • Advanced experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and messaging platforms.

  • Proven ability to read and analyze technical business requirement documents, acceptance criteria, and user scenarios.

  • Must be able to efficiently collaborate on multiple, simultaneous projects/work efforts.

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by opportunities to influence change.

  • Experience with tools or languages which utilize “if/then” logic is a plus.

No candidate will meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we’d love to learn more about you!
