Who are you?
In the role of Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering communications to successfully drive member engagement in Personify Health programs and services for one of Personify Health’s clients. Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s brand preferences, messaging guidelines, program goals and objectives, and target audiences, to motivate and inspire members to engage with their wellbeing program.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Learn and gain an in-depth understanding of member segments for your assigned client, their needs and key drivers for engagement and achievement.
- Write, design, develop, and proof member engagement campaigns and content that aligns with the client’s voice and tone while also promoting long term behavior change.
- Create and curate fun and engaging content for email and mobile campaigns, videos, offline assets, and challenges for the client to drive member engagement.
- Partner closely with account management team and client to ensure that client commitments and expectations are met, managing and adjusting communication campaign timelines as needed.
- Report on results of all emails, mobile/desktop messages and QR codes to evaluate the success of the campaign.
- Attend internal and client-facing meetings weekly.
- Keep current with new developments in program design, competitive approaches, and behavioral change techniques.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications and a minimum of 3 – 5 years professional B2C marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of brands, including the ability to interpret and apply brand/style guidelines.
- Experience in consumer content development, programming, and engagement. Loyalty marketing a plus.
- Experience partnering with a writer and designer to deliver creative concepts.
- Strong copywriting and proofing experience.
- Ability to execute projects, both collaborating with internal teams and independently.
- Requires flexibility, attention to detail and ability to get things done quickly.
- Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and experience using marketing automation, content management systems and reporting tools is required (SalesForce
- Marketing Cloud, Teams, WalkMe, Survey Monkey, Adobe InDesign).
- Experience or passion in health and wellness is highly desired
