Who are you?

 

The Client Engagement Manager at Personify Health is a pivotal member of the International Account Management team, serving as a crucial link between our commitment to service excellence and the effective communication of our value to our global clients and their employee base.


In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients fully realize the benefits of our platform by developing, managing, and delivering high-quality, tailored ‘off platform’ content. You’ll be producing compelling copy and content that aligns with our on-platform health and wellbeing initiatives whilst leveraging your strong copywriting and creative abilities to craft materials that not only communicate our message but also resonate with our audience on a visual and engaging level.


You will therefore, play a key role in client retention and renewal by delivering targeted client and member marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to building stronger client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Proven experience in content creation and management, ideally within a health and/or wellbeing context.

  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce engaging and effective content.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop content that supports broader business objectives.

  • Collateral Creation – Lead the strategic development and execution of client and member-facing materials, ensuring they effectively communicate the value and benefits of Personify Health's offerings. Drawing on your expertise as a skilled copywriter with a strong focus on health and wellbeing topics, you will craft compelling and informative content that supports the Account Management Team at every stage of the client lifecycle.
    Your responsibilities will include creating a wide range of collateral, such as client-facing presentations that highlight key features and benefits of our solutions, informational member-facing flyers/digital displays designed to engage and educate members on specific health initiatives and comprehensive member marketing toolkits that provide resources for promoting the platform and its various features.
    Additionally, you will ensure that all materials are aligned with our brand guidelines, voice and messaging, adapting them as needed to address evolving client needs and market trends.
    Your role will be critical in driving engagement, fostering client retention, and contributing to the overall success of our client relationships.

     

  • Client Engagement Strategy & Execution – Collaborate with the VP of International Account Management and the wider team to develop and implement a robust client and member engagement strategy. This includes creating innovative and compelling collateral across various formats, such as topic-specific content packs (e.g., mental wellbeing pack including posters, social posts, digital displays), flyers, solution sheets, and email templates. For strategic clients, you will participate in communications planning meetings to identify the most effective engagement methods. Staying attuned to market trends and client needs, you will create and adapt content to ensure it remains relevant and impactful

     

  • Client Marketing Efforts – partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager to shape and drive content strategies targeted at key client stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating on the creation of engaging materials that highlight the value and benefits of Personify Health, helping to strengthen our brand presence. This includes developing tailored marketing campaigns, informative content pieces, and promotional materials that resonate with our clients' needs. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that all client-facing communications effectively convey our brand’s messaging, ultimately enhancing client relationships and promoting long-term engagement with Personify Health.

     

  • Positioning – ensure that any collateral produced by any internal comms/content teams are appropriately ‘internationalised’ and resonates with our market.

     

  • Enablement Focussed – be able to confidently understand and communicate the value proposition of our products and services internally and externally, developing tools and trainings that support both the Account Management team and clients alike.

     

  • Project Management – work cross-functionally to deliver content and assets that are cognisant of health and wellbeing market trends, sales leadership feedback, and internal/external data in a timely manner. Provide transparency to key stakeholders on processes, deliverables, and feedback loops. Work Collaboratively where required with other internal functions (e.g. B2C Marketing, Product Marketing, Enablement Team, etc.) to deliver projects to successful completion.

     

  • Ad Hoc. Responsibilities - Take on any Ad Hoc. requests that may arise throughout the year that will impact and influence sales, engagement and enrolment outcomes.

     

  • Additional Expectations

    • Act as a brand ambassador for Personify Health, ensuring that all locally produced collateral complies with the Personify Health branding guidelines.

    • Maintain a strong knowledge of the Corporate Health & Wellbeing industry.

What you bring to the Personify Health Team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent. Professional Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) desirable.
  • Must have strong creative skills including design and copywriting.
  • Full UK driving licence and use of own car.
  • Ideally 2 years commercial marketing experience in an equivalent role.
  • Experience of working to a fast pace.
  • Good track record of delivering results and working towards deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Natural & confident communicating with clients at different levels within an organisation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience of working with Adobe Acrobat Pro is desirable.
  • Corporate Health & Wellbeing Industry experience/knowledge desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised to manage workload, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Able to process feedback and respond accordingly and respectfully.

  • Confident to present both to AM team and clients alike.
