Who are you?

 

The Administrative Support Coordinator will perform a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will vary from basic administrative tasks as well as supporting efficient mailroom/warehouse operations.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Prepares outgoing mail, including shipments, as requested and ensures that mail is sent out each day
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes to the appropriate department or individuals
  • Assemble informational materials or packets as requested
  • Operate Postage Meter, Inserter machine and document scanners
  • Maintain warehouse equipment/supplies
  • Organize and maintain file room/basement including cleaning (mop, sweep, dust) area.
  • Make daily courier runs.
  • Maintain outside patio area, stock janitorial closet.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • High school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Prior mailroom, general office or warehouse clerk experience a plus.
  • Accurate data entry skills (40 wpm).
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using mailroom equipment and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $15.00 to $21.00 hourly. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
