- Clinical improvements:
- Moderate-risk members were significantly more likely to reach healthy blood pressure (+5.8 percentage points (pp)) and triglyceride levels (+4.2 pp).
- High-risk members saw meaningful reductions in LDL (+6.2 pp), total cholesterol (+5.4 pp), and blood pressure (+4.6 pp).
