It feels like only yesterday that we were together in Orlando at Thrive Summit, our immersive annual event that addresses critical health topics. One of the most exciting moments of the event is the presentation of our annual Thrive Awards. This year, in front of the more than 1,000 health, benefits, and HR leaders who attended Thrive in-person and virtually, 12 pioneering companies were recognized for staying true to their values and for honoring their commitment to their employees. This year featured a new category, the Benefits Innovator Award, which aims to salute the visionaries setting new standards in employee benefits.
Amid the rising costs of healthcare and the increasing need for comprehensive employee support, businesses are facing immense pressure. Personify Health believes clients and members don’t have to compromise – great health outcomes with cost controls are achievable. Personify’s annual Thrive Award winners are prime examples of companies successfully optimizing their health investments while empowering their workforce to lead healthier lives. The results of a recent member survey further underscore the impact:
- Two-thirds of members say Personify Health has helped them become more aware of the other benefits their company is offering (66%).
- More than 60% of members agree that offering Personify Health makes their company a better place to work (63%).
- Nearly 7 out of 10 members say their company cares about their wellbeing having participated in Personify Health (69%).
With the Thrive Awards, our most prestigious recognition, Personify is highlighting positive outcomes, significant results, and overall success from some of our most engaged clients. These organizations have implemented actionable, real-life strategies that improve health, wellbeing, experience, and outcomes.
