About Pharmavite

In 1971, Pharmavite was founded in Los Angeles, California with the belief that there had to be a better way to being healthy than relying on prescriptions. Today, Pharmavite has 2,300 employees and is headquartered in West Hills, California.

For more than 50 years, Pharmavite has been committed to wellness. Our founders aimed to improve lives by focusing on the basics — complete nutrition through essential nutrients and minerals. Since that day, we’ve been a leader in the vitamin industry and earned the trust of consumers, healthcare professionals, and retailers alike.

Challenges

In partnership with the Belonging committees, for the past two years, Pharmavite ran a custom challenge called “Around the World with Pharmavite.” This unique challenge gave employees across the company the opportunity to be featured and share details about their native country, culture, traditions, special holidays, and meals. This not only encouraged employees to move more with the step challenge, but it also provided the opportunity to build a culture of belonging as participants virtually traveled to different countries to learn about the unique heritage and traditions.

Goal

Embedding their purpose into their health and wellness strategy, Pharmavite is committed to bringing the gift of health to life. Their initiatives focus on engaging and activating their employees by offering total health and holistic wellbeing support and creating a culture of care and belonging.

  • Pharmavite successfully engages their members by running custom campaigns that align with their culture and purpose.

  • Sending a custom New Year Launch email targeted to each population (New Hires and Enrolled and Unenrolled) to re-engage members.
