Around 400 employees are part of their dedicated Wellbeing Champion Team that are responsible for advocating and promoting the wellbeing offerings in their respective departments. Champions earn extra points for participating and take part in monthly calls to get updated and inspired to encourage participation and spread wellness opportunities to others.
