Bally’s is more than just a casino company; they’re a global entertainment powerhouse with a rapidly expanding omni-channel presence. 
 
They own and manage 15 casinos across 10 US states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and have access to online sports betting licenses in 18 states. Bally’s recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, has further solidified their international reach and diversified their entertainment offerings. This includes Bally’s Interactive International (formerly Gamesys Group), a leading global interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet (a first-in-class sports betting platform), and Bally Casino (a growing iCasino platform).  

With 10,000 employees spread across 9 global offices, they face the challenge of engaging a diverse workforce spanning both traditional office settings and the unique environments of casinos and resorts.  

Bally’s faced a critical question: How do we create a unified culture of wellbeing that resonates with everyone, everywhere?
