The average number of Morton Salt employee interactions per member per month is 120% greater than Personify Health’s book of business. To further its success, Morton Salt implemented two new engagement solutions into its wellbeing program.

The Personify Health Sleep Guide module provides employees with the tools and know-how to manage their sleep. And, Personify Health’s partner integration offers powerful personalization and segmentation capabilities that matches employees to the right benefits, resources and events.

By using Dash, Morton Salt continues to realize powerful results as it keeps both its employees and its bottom line healthy. In fact, the company has seen 5% of their population shift from the high risk to the low or reduced risk category.
