We don\u2019t know. But if the COVID-19 pandemic taught us anything, it\u2019s better to be ahead of the curve than behind.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Psychosocial hazards in the workplace to look out for<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bullying and harassment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High workloads&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Role conflict&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Low job control&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor work relationships&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workplace violence&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lack of managerial support&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inadequate rewards and recognition&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous physical working environment&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor organisational change management&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5 ways you can create a psychosocially safe culture<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By creating a safe and supportive work environment&nbsp;<em>\u2013 whether your teams are in the office, on the road, or at home \u2013&nbsp;<\/em>not only will your employees thrive personally, but you\u2019ll also benefit from increased engagement and productivity. Here are a few ways you can develop a psychosocially safe culture:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Develop your rewards and recognition strategy<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appreciation and recognition are a human need.
