Das Team entschied sich, den Start zu verschieben und die Strategie im Kontext des Ukraine-Krieges zu \u00fcberdenken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angesichts des zus\u00e4tzlichen Stresses und des Gef\u00fchls der Hilflosigkeit, die der Krieg ausgel\u00f6st hat, kam die F\u00fchrungsebene zu dem Schluss, <strong>dass es noch wichtiger als je zuvor war, eine gesunde Lebensweise zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das Team entschied sich, die Gesundheitschallenge mit den Fundraising-Aktivit\u00e4ten der Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsstiftung des Unternehmens zu verbinden. F\u00fcr je 50 Millionen registrierte Schritte auf der Personify Health-Plattform, hat das Unternehmen eine 5.000 Euro-Spende an die Dentons Europe Foundation zugesagt, um humanit\u00e4re Hilfe f\u00fcr ukrainische Familien und Kinder zu leisten &#8211; bis zu maximal 50.000 Euro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie nannten die Gesundheitschallenge 2022 <strong>\u201eWalk for Peace, Walk with Purpose\u201c (Schritte f\u00fcr den Frieden, Schritte mit Sinn)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strategien, die Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden f\u00f6rdern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Bestenliste in der Personify Health App f\u00f6rderte einen gesunden Wettbewerb unter den einzelnen Teams und spornte sie an, noch aktiver zu werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Verkn\u00fcpfung von Schritten mit wohlt\u00e4tigen Spenden gab den Teilnehmenden Sinn und ein gemeinsames Ziel und damit zus\u00e4tzliche Motivation, noch mehr Schritte
